Report of Data Breach – The exposure of protected health information and Personal Identifiable Information records from the Sacramento County Department of Health Services/Behavioral Health were identified in the investigation of a June 22, 2021 data breach. It is important for you to confirm if you may have been affected, and if so, to enroll in no-charge credit monitoring and identity protection services.
