Results & Data
The Data Analytics team collects and analyzes information from multiple behavioral health data systems, electronic health records, state reporting platforms, and program databases to support informed decision-making and continuous quality improvement efforts. Using tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, SQL-based reporting systems, and state data platforms, the team develops dashboards, trend reports, and performance summaries that help monitor service utilization, outcomes, compliance, and disparities across programs. Reports and dashboards are designed to provide clear, data-driven insights, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and support transparency, strategic planning, and operational accountability throughout the behavioral health system.
