Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA)
The Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) Three-Year Integrated Plan for Fiscal Years 2026–2029 was approved by the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, June 9, 2026.
A preliminary draft of this plan was posted online for a 30-day period of public review and comment from February 16, 2026 through March 18, 2026, at which time a Public Hearing was held.
