| Group Notes Issue- Although groups have been signed / completed by co-facilitators, their notes may stay as "in progress" within their my work basket. When trying to access the item, the user will receive an error that they are not authorized to view that screen. | Please ignore the to-do item. This is not impacting billing or workflow actively. |
| Coverage (Client)- The screen does not allow for multiple payors to have the same end date. | A ticket has been opened with the vendor, Streamline. In the meantime, if multiple payors need to be end-dated, each payer will need a separate end date. |
