Training and Schedule

The required courses are dependent on the user's role. ​​Additional trainings held by the Sacramento County BHS EHR Team may be required. 

An EHR Account/Tra​in​​​​ing Registration​ form​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ (updated 07/27​/2026)​​​​​​​​​​ must be completed for both CalMHSA LMS and Sacramento County BHS EHR live trainings (if applicable). This is required for new user account creation and ​must be signed by your agency's Authorized Approver**.  It may take up to 5 business days for new account creation once all information is received. Requests for live trainings must be sent at least 2 business days prior to the training date. ​

​Requests for direct care staff that are new to SmartCare should be sent to: DHSQMStaffReg@SacCounty.gov​ along with their QM Staff Registration documents. 

​Requests for new administrative/billing staff and account updates should be sent to: BHS-EHRTrainingReg@SacCounty.gov.
