Community Assistance, Recovery, and Empowerment (CARE Court)

The CARE Court is a new civil court process that helps people living with mental health and substance use challenges get connected to voluntary treatment for up to 24 months via a CARE Agreement or Plan. Participants may receive support such as counseling, medication, housing options, social services, and other resources that promote overall well-being.
