Supporting Community Connections helps people feel supported and connected. The program connects people to behavioral health services and other community resources so they can stay healthy and build strong futures.
Supporting Community Connections staff work with many different communities and understand their cultures. Staff speaks many languages, including Arabic, Dari/Pashto, Farsi, Russian, Spanish, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Hmong, and Mien. When staff meet with people, they can share information about behavioral health services and help find the right support.
