WIC helps families be healthy by providing nutrition education, breastfeeding support, healthy foods and referrals to health care and other services. WIC serves infants and children up to age 5 and women who are pregnant or have given birth or experienced pregnancy loss.

Supporting Community Connections (SCC)

SCC programs provide early intervention services to underserved communities in unique ways by increasing access to and linkage with needed behavioral health services.
