The mission of Sacramento County Substance Use Prevention and Treatment Services is to promote a healthy community free of the harmful consequences associated with problem alcohol and drug use by providing access to a comprehensive continuum of services, while remaining responsive to, and reflective of, the diversity among individuals, families, and communities.
