The Electronic Health Record (EHR) team provides support, training and billing support for electronic health record programs Avatar and SmartCare. These EHRs are used by Sacramento County Behavioral Health Services (BHS) and BHS Contract providers for both Mental Health (MH) and Substance Use Prevention and Treatment (SUPT).
