Medi-Cal
Medi-Cal is California's Medicaid program. This program pays for health care services for children and adults with limited resources and income. If you qualify, you can continue to receive Medi-Cal benefits as long as you meet the requirements.
Medicare
Medicare is a federal health insurance plan for people who are age 65 or older. People who are disabled or have permanent kidney failure can get Medicare at any age. People with low income may qualify for both Medicare and Medi-Cal.
Sliding Fee Discount
The Sacramento County Health Center offers a sliding fee discount for eligible patients to reduce their cost of services. If you are uninsured and do not qualify for health care coverage, you may qualify for a sliding fee discount.
Healthy Partners
The Healthy Partners Program provides primary and preventative health care services to low-income, undocumented adults residing in Sacramento County. Services are offered at the Sacramento County Health Center.
