Senate Bill (SB) 184 authorized the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS)​ to transition the Child Health and Disability Prevention Program effective July 1, 2024.  ​


Please visit DHCS Medi-Cal for Kids and Teens to find a medical provider who provides primary care services to Medi-Cal and Medi-Cal eligible families, and assists with medical appointment scheduling, transportation, and access to diagnostic and treatment services. ​
