Applying for WIC is simple! All WIC services are by appointment only.

Step 1: Find the location closest to you. It is recommended to specify which clinic is closest to you for when we are able to return to having face-to-face WIC appointments.

make an appointment.
Our friendly WIC staff will answer your questions about WIC and let you know
what you need to bring to your first appointment. Most of our sites are open
Monday through Friday, except as noted below:

Note: We close for lunch, County holidays, and occasional
staff training days, so it is best to call first for an appointment.
Step 3: Prior to your WIC Appointment, please visit www.wichealth.org, create a new account and complete the Welcome To WIC Orientation Class. Ask your WIC Counselor for instructions prior to your first appointment.
Step 4: Please have the following information available for your scheduled phone appointment. (Please note that all required documentation will be sent electronically to a secured email, then deleted immediately after processing.):
- Identification for everyone (photo ID, birth certificate, medical card, etc.)
- Proof of income (for example: pay stub, Medi-Cal card, unemployment
benefits statement, etc.)
- Proof of address (any document or piece of mail with your address)
