The Electronic Health Record (EHR) team provides support, training and billing support for electronic health record programs Avatar and SmartCare. These EHRs are used by Sacramento County Behavioral Health Services (BHS) and BHS Contract providers for both Mental Health (MH) and Substance Use Prevention and Treatment (SUPT).
4/25/2023 – SmartCare training material is now available on the CalMHSA website. Go to https://2023.calmhsa.org to access these training materials in anticipation for the 7/1/2023 Go-LIVE of the SmartCare Electronic Health Record for Sacramento County.
Links to the CalMHSA training videos and quizzes will be shared during the May User Forums via Zoom. We will be emailing out the Zoom invites to those users who have been previously added to our Distribution Lists.
