Sacramento County Behavioral Health Services (BHS) released the Draft Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) Three-Year Integrated Plan for Fiscal Years 2026–2029 for a 30-day period of public review and comment on February 16, 2026 through March 18, 2026, at which time a Public Hearing was held.
After the public comment period and hearing, Sacramento County Behavioral Health Services will review input received, finalize the plan, and proceed with required county approvals prior to submission to the California Department of Health Care Services.
