Goals

The Juvenile Field-Behavioral Health Team (JF-BHT) provides behavioral health support to young people and their families who are involved with or at risk of being involved in the juvenile justice system. They provide support by offering mental health and substance use services that are sensitive to different cultures and tailored to each person's needs. • Assist youth and caregivers in accessing services that meet their needs.

  • Coordinate care and case management to ensure a collaborative approach to care.
  • Provide crisis management for youth and families facing urgent needs.
