  • Coalition Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of every other month, beginning in January, from 2:00 - 3:30 pm. StopFalls Sacramento meetings are open to the public and include a guest presentation on a fall prevention topic, coalition activity planning, and round table networking.

  • In May 2022 Sacramento County Public Health was awarded the Administration for Community Living (ACL) Falls Prevention Award, this 3 year grant helps support the efforts of the StopFalls Sacramento Coalition and the implementation of evidence based falls prevention classes.
