  • ​​​Annual EMS Providers' Fees PAST DUE notices were issued to financial contacts via email from noreply@sacramento.imagetrendlicense.com on November 13, 2024. If you received a notice, please remit payment immediately. Nonpayment will result in termination of Emergency Medical Service status/credentials.
