BHS EHR Training & Schedule

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​To receive access to SmartCare new users are required to complete training courses though the CalMHSA Learning Management System (CalMHSA LMS) to acquaint themselves with SmartCare navigation. The required courses are dependent on the user's role. ​​Additional trainings held by the Sacramento County BHS EHR Team may be required. 

An EHR Account/Tra​ining Registration form​​​​​​​(June​​​ 2024)​​​​​​​ must be completed for both CalMHSA LMS and Sacramento County BHS EHR live trainings (if applicable). This is required for new user account creation and must be signed by your agency's Authorized Approver.  It may take up to 5 business days for new account creation once all information is received. Requests for live trainings must be sent at least 2 business days prior to the training date. ​
